For $99 per person, guests aged 13 years old and above, indulge in a three-course set menu, choosing from enticing entrées and mains, then finish with a dessert as beautiful as it is delicious. Children 12 years old and below are welcome to join the celebration. A children’s two-course set menu is available for $49 per child. With only two exclusive sittings at 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM, and a 2-hour seating limit per sitting, seats are limited, so early bookings are essential to secure your place.
Your experience begins with house bread and artisan butter. Enjoy entrées such as creamy burrata with gazpacho, scallops with miso béchamel, kangaroo tartare with native flavours, or a vegetarian smoked beetroot tartare. For mains, choose wagyu flank steak with spiced carrot purée and jus, grilled market fish with coconut beurre blanc, or porcini gnocchi. The dessert is a Granny Smith vanilla semifreddo with candied sandalwood nut and meringue.
