The Barista crafts quality coffee and beverages while delivering friendly, efficient service and upholding CU29’s premium standards through skill, consistency, and attention to detail.

The Host welcomes guests with professionalism and warmth, manages reservations and guest flow, and upholds CU29’s high standards to ensure a smooth and exceptional dining experience.

The Casual Chef – Level 2 supports kitchen operations through food preparation, simple cooking, and cleanliness, suited to cooks who are developing their skills in CU29’s premium dining environment.

The Bartender crafts quality cocktails and beverages while delivering exceptional service, showcasing product knowledge, and creating memorable guest experiences at CU29’s show bar.

The Casual Chef – Level 4 prepares and cooks high-quality dishes to CU29’s premium standards, using strong technical skills, independence, and adaptability across kitchen sections.
