With a foundation shaped by his studies at the Swiss Hotel Management School in Lucerne and a career spanning Asia and Australia, Alberto brings a refined understanding of global hospitality and local authenticity. His leadership philosophy, centered on quality, innovation, and people, drives CU29 to deliver a dining experience that seamlessly blends sophistication with warmth.
